In the summer, news outlets cover “scary stories” related to vacation - fleshing eating bacteria, sharks, electrocuting docks, etc. But they are more rare than we are lead us to believe. This blog focuses on another real problem covered by the media. And similar to many summer stories, the problem is much rarer than it seems.
